Pricing questions

Asked before signing up

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Budjinga is freemium. Start on the Free plan with core budgeting tools. Paid plans add extras such as reports, extra workspaces, and statement import. Compare options on the Pricing page. We do not fund the product with ads.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Ask us through Contact to move back to the Free plan and your books stay in your account. Refunds on an invoice you already paid follow the Refund policy.
How do I pay, and do you see my card details?
PayFast takes the payment: instant EFT, card, and mobile wallets. You enter card details on PayFast, not on Budjinga, so we never store your card number. Billing is in South African rands.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. Compare plans on Pricing, choose a higher tier, and upgrade from the app. Prorata billing applies on paid upgrades where configured.
What is your refund policy?
Paid invoices follow the Refund policy. If something looks wrong on a bill, use Contact and we will look at it.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. We do not sell your personal or financial data. We do not run ads in Budjinga, and we do not use your books to target advertising. The product is freemium: extra tools are paid for with a plan, not with your attention. See our Privacy Policy.
